At Replacement Bail Handles, we want to ensure your furniture restoration projects are a success. If your new handles aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific handle measurements to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused bail handles and mounting hardware back in their original packaging to prevent scratching or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
